For most owners, the decision to place their property in a rental program depends upon personal financial expectations and the confidence they have in their rental management agent.

Resort Management recognizes the three primary goals of its property owners and “partners” are to:

  • establish and maintain Hammock Beach as one of the country’s top Resort and Club facilities,
  • enhance the owner’s property value and
  • maximize the owner’s rental income.

 

Resort Management places great emphasis on ensuring that the services it provides in its Rental Program meet, in all respects, the expectations of its rental property owners.

The Rental Program is open to all Hammock Beach property owners who maintain in good standing a Beach Club or a Full Golf Membership and whose unit meets the furnishings standards set by Resort Management.
